Refund Policy

 

COCOON has a standard "no-return" policy.  Items are sold under our "as-is" policy. We highly encourage you to visit our showroom, take photos and take measurements prior to purchasing your items. 

RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE SALES:

1. If you have made a purchase online without seeing the item in person, we request that you come in to pickup your item(s) within 3 days of purchase.  At the time of pickup, we will honor a refund if the item doesn't meet your expectations. Items are not returnable once taken out of the showroom, and a return request is only valid upon pickup if the pickup is made within 3 days of purchase online.

2. If you are purchasing a larger item online and are having a third party delivery service pickup your merchandise, please ensure you have seen the item in our showroom first and/or are comfortable with your purchase, as refunds will not be made once an item arrives to your local delivery location.
