Refund Policy

COCOON has a standard "no-return" policy.  If you visit our showroom, we highly encourage you to take photos and measurements prior to purchasing your items. 

RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE SALES:

1. PURCHASING CONSIGNMENT FURNITURE, DECOR AND GIFTS ONLINE THAT ARE AVAILABLE IN THE SHOWROOM (These are items available in the showroom for local pickup after you make your purchase)

If you are purchasing online, we request that you come in to pickup your item(s) within 3 days of purchase.  At the time of pickup, we will honor a refund if the item doesn't meet your expectations. Items are not returnable once taken out of the showroom and a return request is only valid if pickup is made within 3 days of purchase online.

If you are purchasing a larger item online and have requested a local delivery, please ensure you have seen the item in our showroom first and/or are comfortable with your purchase, as refunds will not be made once an item arrives to your local delivery location.  

2. PURCHASING BRAND NEW ITEMS ONLINE THAT ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN THE SHOWROOM.  THESE WILL SHIP DIRECTLY TO YOU.

Cocoon will also soon be offering BRAND new merchandise shipped directly from our off-site warehouse to you.  These items will have a separate return policy which will be stated once those items are available online.
