Due to COVID 19 and social distancing, we have closed our brick and mortar store, but our new ONLINE store is OPEN for business! Please continue reading to understand how you can continue to make purchases and support COCOON!

We are 2 moms with families, hoping to be able to weather this storm, and it helps to know we are all going through this together.  As a small business in the Chesterfield Valley, business has been good so far and we want to say THANK YOU to all of our wonderful consignors and our loyal customers that have supported us. We think you’re amazing and we appreciate each and every one of you. We feel all of you are family and we know we will get through this together!

 We assure you that we will be working around the clock every day to BRING COCOON TO YOU! We will be OPEN FOR BUSINESS through our website, social media, email, text and by phone.  We had announced our new website earlier this week, but we had some unexpected glitches and are happy to say that it is 100% up and running starting TODAY!

    • Purchase through website (you will receive a shareable digital gift code).
    • Receive a regular gift card in the mail. Please call us at 636-778-0090 to make this purchase over the phone and we will mail it to you.

HOW DO I RECEIVE THE ITEM(S) I PURCHASED?

 As many of you are aware, we do not ship items at this time. We will contact you within 24 hours of your online purchase to make arrangements, per the following options. 

  • We are offering free delivery of purchases (that can fit in our cars) of $30 or more to areas around the store including, Chesterfield, Wildwood, Ballwin, Clarkson Valley, Ellisville, Town & Country, Defiance, Dardenne Prairie, Cottleville, O’Fallon, Weldon Spring, St. Peter’s & Lake St. Louis. 
  • We can also hold any items purchased for you until we re-open.
  • Purchases will also be available for pick up by appointment. We will contact you to make arrangements, or you may call us at 636-778-0090 or email us at iconsign@cocoonconsignment.com.

TEMPORARY REFUND POLICY:

COCOON has a standard "no return" policy.  All items are sold in "as-is" condition and all sales are final.  However, because COCOON's brick and mortar shop is now closed due to COVID 19, all online sales will be refundable within 7 days of the store re-opening (date is undetermined per state law). Please try to ensure that the products you are buying are the correct size, color and style prior to purchase. Thank you for your support and business during this time.  We appreciate you!
